Please read these Terms carefully before using Picklo Shimoga's services. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
Picklo Shimoga operates an online platform for booking pickleball courts in Shimoga, Karnataka. The platform allows registered users to view availability, reserve time slots, and make payments online.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
One account per person. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, make the bookings, and accept these Terms on your behalf.
3. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
Bookings cannot be transferred to another user or date once confirmed.
Picklo Shimoga reserves the right to cancel any booking if a court becomes unavailable; the slot price is refunded (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Payment must be completed at the time of booking. Unpaid selections are not held.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel a booking up to 8 hours before your slot start time, from My Bookings.
Cancel in time and the full slot price is refunded to your original payment method through Razorpay. The 4% booking fee is not refunded.
Within 8 hours of the slot, or for a no-show, no refund is given.
If we cancel your booking, the slot price is refunded the same way.
Arrive on time. Late arrivals do not extend the booked slot.
Appropriate sports footwear must be worn on court at all times.
Players are responsible for their own safety and equipment.
Picklo Shimoga is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property on premises.
Disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
Courts must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked slot.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picklo Shimoga shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or facilities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Shimoga, Karnataka.
